International Orders and Custom Clearance

We are pleased to offer free delivery on all Click & Collect orders from Sacoor Brothers store within Malaysia. Simply place your order online and choose to pick it up at a nearby store for no additional charge. Please note that this offer is only available within Malaysia.
Your order will be ship out within 3 workings day. Please note that this service is not available on weekends. We appreciate your visiting us and strive to provide fast and reliable delivery to meet your needs.

SOUTHEAST ASIA (MALAYSIA & SINGAPORE)

During sales period, the delivery process may take longer than our usual delivery time. We are working hard to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.

- Orders will not be processed during weekends nor during public holidays (Malaysia/Singapore).

- Deliveries will not be carried out during weekends nor during public holidays (Singapore/Malaysia/Selangor)

- Click & Collect: Kindly present the delivery code sent to your email upon collection. The code will be sent to you once the order has been delivered to the store.

LOCATION COVERED AND DELIVERY PERIOD

Our delivery service covers the entire Singapore region. You can expect your order to be delivered within 3-5 working days.

(Click & Collect is not available in Singapore)

DELIVERY FEES

SGD15 (flat rate for all orders)

Important Notice: GST Fee

1. For order(s) with value above SGD400, the Singapore Government will impose a GST fee.

2. Our delivery partner Teleport, will send a notification via email to the customer regarding the GST fees.

3. Payment to be made by the customer directly to Teleport.

4. Rest assure, our customer care will contact the customer as well regarding the GST fees.

5. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
